      Pros

      Great leadership to work for, great peers to work with, and great mission. Fortunate enough to roll straight into this job after retiring from the Navy...and I'll probably stay until I retire for good.

      Cons

      Great pay to start, but you're pretty much at the cap right from the start. Not a lot of upward mobility. You can move to management, but there are only a couple spots...and the increase in pay doesn't seem like it's worth the added stress, time required, or responsibility.

      Location in central San Diego of Kearny Mesa makes getting to Cubic via two freeways a perfect work location.

      Cons

      Moving procurement to TN caused long-term employees to feel a loss of value and have left the company.
