Pros
People are generally a good mix personalities. Everyone believes in this project. The end training product will be amazing. If every person was cookie cutter same, it's be boring and we'd not do well.
Cons
In any software company there is constant flux with new versions, new builds, bug fixes. The agile methodology is now used and is succeeding despite the poorly planned way it was put in place. The game is a training project that many forget about. It seems more important to management to create a visually stunning game over an instructional project.
