Pro: "You get a bonus!"

Cons

Con: It never got paid out - even after mentioning it to the head of HR. Never got paid out in the last check - even after having to ask for it during offboarding. HR played dumb; never knew about it. Worse part - I had the email chain.

Pros

Interesting and challenging work. Salaries are good.

Cons

1) 50-70 hour workweeks for anyone salaried due to extreme under-resourcing 2) Fraternity culture 3) Far too many silos, and far too many battles between personalities These things lead most people working on the NextBus project to eventually burn out, or get laid off because they don’t fit the culture.
