Pros
high tech, bleeding edge innovation, focused collaboration, customer's love the gear, hard work is rewarded, edu assistance, flex time off, respect, dignity, ethics, inclusion and diversity all part of the culture to advance you to the next level, not too big and not too small. People at Cubic make the difference.
Cons
all places have cons but at Cubic they listen and the cons are addressed so not much to report. Can't always have everything on your list but the cons are minimized as part of the employee engagement initiative to continuously improve and have the workforce "All-In". What's so CON about a company who behaves`this way?

Pros
During COVID-19 the company proactively moved toward work remote before required to by governments, has shifted production to make masks and distributed globally to all employees, and has told all employees to stay home if sick (and ensured all will get paid). I don't know anyone who's company has supported them as well (or as quickly) as Cubic has during this crisis. The CEO conducts regular town hall forums and surveys and has prioritized employee health and safety. Cubic is a "family atmosphere" kind of company with many employees who have worked here years. Benefits are great with flexible time off and a 9/80 work schedule, people are very friendly and I really enjoy the culture.
Cons
Cubic is transitioning towards becoming a more high-tech company but does not have some of the amenities and structure of large tech firms or start ups. It can sometimes be challenging to figure out "who does what" especially outside of your organization.
