Pay is good, environment is professional.

Cons

Horrible, horrible insurance. Does not meet the minimum requirements of the affordable healthcare act, yet they are given a waiver since they're a government contractor. Yearly coverage limit is <$30,000, whereas the affordable health care act says there can be no yearly coverage caps, and if there are, they can't be less than $1.25 mil. They're happy if you have to stay late, off the clock, but try to leave 5 minutes early, and you'll get written up.

Pros

Employees which have been with the company a long time are kept on during layoffs or down turns.

Cons

Buildings are old and lighting, air conditioning, daylight views are very poor. Much of the new work seems to be going to the maquiladora in Tijauana.
