9/80, benefits package in particular health insurance and compensation. There are many talented and motivated employees. There are diversified locations and contracts and the Transportation business seems strong.

Cons

culture, potential for advancement and politics. Teams are typically under staffed and bids are low causing longer work hours. This becomes more of an expectation than it should.

Employee/Colleagues are awesome good benefits, 401k Large Building Every other Friday off. Christmas Holiday shutdown

Kind of pooly managed project vs product mentality poorly budgeted contracts = long hours to meet tight deadlines.

Defense is a tough place to be right now. Company is struggling to move from being small niche manufacturer of defense products to larger systems integrator of defense capability. Transportation seems to be doing okay.
