      There are many dedicated and creative people at CDA who respect your contributions and support you every step of the way.

      Cons

      There are many people who have been at CDA too long and who no longer are the creative forces needed for the future.

      Pros

      Salaries are above average, although benefits and vacation allowances are weak. San Diego is a great, stable market. Company has solid training and transportaion businesses.

      Cons

      Intense micro-management, trying to cover too many initiatives in too many markets worldwide. Three primary Cubic businesses do not communicate at all - easier to find outside partners than work together internally.

      Pros

      I was already familiar with the work being done when I was hired on.

      Cons

      No training for a new manager on company specifics. When the contract I was on was terminated 2 years early the company did not have positions available for myself and several other qualified individuals to move to because other managers did not want to put in the time to train us up on new jobs.
