      Pros

      Good Pay! 9/40 work great! They are a company who provides stable hours. Their Cafeteria provides good food. Insurance benefits great.

      Cons

      Old building with horrible bug problem. My supervisor did not distribute work fairly leaving me with little work. Was laid off because of this. Supervisor made comments about my hygiene and said I smelled bad which was unsubstantiated. Was never given the ability to show my skills in the 5 years I was there. Upper management did not listen to needs. Supervisor is still there despite the complaints about favoritism.

      Above average pay, good people, family atmosphere, ability to directly impact the bottom line

      Cons

      Executive Leadership team is ineffective, culture of finding fault and pushing down blame. Emperor has no clothes. Morale has significantly dropped. Goo people are leaving the company for less pay and more work life balance. Non-value added tasks fill the majority of every day. Was once a fun place to work. CEO has significant ego problems created culture of CYA

      Pros

      Cubic has a lot of perks for employees. They have a 9/80 work schedule, week off for Christmas, work out facility, and basketball courts. The people are what make Cubic great.

      Cons

      A change in CEO has lead to a decrease in vacation, salary raises, bonuses, and profit sharing. What makes Cubic great was the culture and family but now that we have a new CEO, we're become more mainstream with other publicly traded companies. Number one priority are the shareholders and bottom line.
