free bagels and coffee at the end of the week decent pay lots of job movement gaining great experience

Cons

lost of job movement which never lets you get grounded illusion that there's work life balance but if you don't work 10+ hours per day you will get an underperforming review

Highly visceral President leads my intimidation and publicly bullies/ridicules employees when things don't go his way. If you are a salaried employee expect to work on a normal basis at least 60 hours, and more like 80 if you're busy
