      Pros

      Good benefits, compensation and perks.

      Cons

      Not much room for growth and being a private company, they like to eliminate positions to "stream line" the organization, but have really terrible compensation packages when you are laid off.

      Solid benefits, highly diverse, and seem to want to change for the better.

      Cons

      Lots of bureaucracy, not a ton of upward mobility. Massive changes have left this company not knowing where to go.

      Pros

      Real experts in the field work here. Real experts in the technology and the customer domain. It's a real strength.

      Cons

      This place combines no vision or strategy with cost cutting measures. The cost cutting measures are necessary because the business performs so poorly. This place has a lot of completely unqualified managers and senior leaders with unshakable confidence. There are a few good ones, but most are very bad.
