      Its a job. Pays for groceries.

      Pay. no raises. nopromotions. HR over done. no corporate knowledge. Not world class. no support. old school fires. no lean. no management knowledge. no technical knowledge. just barely get by. no goals. no team. no customer focus. no communiaction. mushroom treament.

      9/80 schedule, relationship with hard working team members

      Cons

      Lack of transparency. Company doesn’t operate efficiently or effectively. New private equity owners and new management are pushing change to address, however the goal is to break up and sell the company bit by bit - and the result is a cutting and very negative culture. Very long work hours and not a place to put your efforts for a positive and rewarding career.

      Ok job if you want the benefits

      Flexible time off, work from home, spot bonus

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't know what they are doing, you're expected to work after hours, HR prevents you from earning the salary you should due to "policies." Didn't realize how underpaid I was until a colleague shared a worksheet with me that showed what i should be making in my position for my amount of experience. Truly disheartening.
