Best people I have ever worked with. My immediate supervisor was great. Down to earth and east to work with.

Cons

Senior level management is out of touch with reality. Schedules are constantly pulled left with little thought to the effect on quality.

Cons

It seems like one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Communication lacks at different levels, and it seems like every other week the company is reorganizing in some way.

Pros

lots of hands on software development, ambitious and challenging projects, get to work with smart dedicated people. Best part is the 9/80 work schedule.

Cons

Low pay, you'll get about 20% less than at other companies. Benefits are below average. They give you 15 "vacation" days but that includes sick days which is ridiculous. The "bonuses" they give are insulting, less than 1% of my salary.
