Pros

My co-workers make working here a pleasure. Benefits are decent, but expensive. 401k employer match to 4%. Pay seems to be competitive. 9/80 schedule is awesome.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations for project timelines. Ineffective management is out of touch and uninvolved with their team. Management promotes people to lead positions that are incapable of executing their roles, which affects everyone during crunch time, causing overtime work for everyone on the project. Salaried employees are asked often to exceed their 40 hours by staying late, coming in on off Fridays, and working weekends to meet deadlines. This extra time is never comped or banked for future use. Second-level management is combative and rude. Technology is frequently breaking because of defects and old age.

Benefits may still be okay. I'm not sure if any of the former pros still apply these days. That's all.

Cons

The new management doesn't seem to know what it's doing, nor does it particularly seem to care. It's losing contracts left and right.
