Cubic (CDA) is great if you cannot find work anywhere else

Pros

Very few people in this company actually work hard and God forbid you need to get something done on the AWS Friday.

Cons

Pay is terrible for the industry and if you are in Sales they have no incentive plan (everyone gets paid the same regardless of performance). If you do land a huge deal, expect a pat on the back and an extra $1000 in your pay before tax.
