Acquisitions were always happening Disorganized Demanding workload A reorg was happening so I got to apply for the job I was already doing. The job when listed with cubic had a salary for the region i lived in that was 20K higher than what I was currently making, and I met the qualifications and years experience required for it. After applying, HR changed the job title so that it had a lower pay and then offered it to me. My direct managers and I tried to negotiate for 12K more for the job they offered so that I could make the low end of the salary range that was posted for the original job I applied for, but at the time, HR got to make those decisions and would not budge. My current role was going away so I didn't feel like I had a choice but to accept or quit. I accepted and quit a few months later.
