      Pros

      I feel like the company has decent benefits for a reasonable price.

      Cons

      Company seems to be all over the place. There doesn’t seem to be consistent leadership anywhere. They don’t pay out employee bonuses. Promotions are often blocked during appraisals. Constantly bragging how well they are doing while laying off staff and short changing people. Confusing environment at best.

      Pros

      Family feel, due to constant RIFs and downsizing it feels almost like a startup.

      Cons

      Where to start? Poor management, you are just a number. The adage 'do more with less' applies in spades here. OK benefits, although every year they take some away. No bonuses. Complete lack of communication and forward thinking. If you enjoy fearing for your job day to day and want to do multiple tasks with almost zero chance for recognition or salary increases, this is the place for you.
