Pros
Nice new building in Calif. , 9/80, Not much more. Like to give these small items to everyone to make it look like they care. If your a person of color your tried better then others.
Cons
Reorg every 12 months so nothing ever gets better. They always have someone to blame for the issues and use reorg as a way to fire people. Then they get a new people in reorg again. They have people working on anything and everything so its hard to be on time with anything. Quality takes a back seat. There is an effort to try but management always push to cut quality. You basically do your own review. So no chance of ever looking good because if you say anything they dub it down. Apparently you cant have a lot of good people working for your company just a few and everyone else are average. All jobs going to India. They like to stick your face anything that is political at the time to make it look like they care.
