Low starting pay, not many opportunities to move up. Diversity could be better, inclusive groups are beginning to form but it's moving slow. I was a part of trying to get a diversity group up and running but the whole system moves at a snails pace.

It can take a while to ramp up, there’s a lot about the company and processes to learn.
