Pros

health benefits started great, went downhill. Salary and bonuses were good for customer service type job.

Cons

management wasn't very experienced. felt like they were threatened by lower level employees with more management experience. micromanaged every part of the day. management was also based on whatever the current popular trend on the market. HR was either great or terrible. the workforce was cliquish and felt like high school. training was ok, but things changed frequently and the role outs were never smooth. suggestions were ignored. management didn't want to hear about problems. quarterly reviews were given, but no incentive to actually tell the truth. company gave out "perks" basically in order to bribe employees into temporary contentment.

Pros

- even with fast growth within the business and number of employees, leaders have stayed committed to maintaining a supportive and fair work experience - company is focused on growing the company while encouraging individual growth toward professional goals - feedback is sought from the entire company with consistent follow-up/improvements - leadership culture is people-focused while keeping the company and customer's best interests in mind - employees are kind-hearted, open-minded, and inclusive - unparalleled talent of all ages, with collaboration capability beyond what you'd expect of a company this size

Cons

- change is fast-paced and many systems are built in-house. this leads to tech bugs or band-aid workarounds which require patience. it keeps things interesting/exciting as long as you're agile - engagement with company goals is required and could be challenging if you aren't interested in the big picture - important for people to be flexible problem-solvers which can be uncomfortable for those who need rules/guidelines for every situation

Pros

- all employees are actually cared about - management is honest and transparent - they promote a healthy work-life balance - they understand how important physical and mental health are - they want you to succeed - coworkers are incredible, fun, and care about doing the right thing - I never feel pressured to be dishonest to my managers or customers (I was at previous places) - work from home capabilities - they live their core values: golden rule, ownership, and innovation - free snacks and weekly lunches - incredible health care coverage - volunteer and charity opportunities

Cons

- business needs can fluctuate rapidly - not enough time is given for OT requests - guidelines change often - communication around changes could be given sooner
