Pros

None anymore. Prior leadership was amazing and was dismissed months ago. Office staff and other sales reps are nice

Cons

-Lack of leadership -New region president is our division president and no one sees him. He’s on vacation constantly and rubs it in by sharing photos of him and his family -we don’t buy land so no future in Phoenix like we had when our prior division president was here. -zero transparency -asking to hold cancellations which is jeopardizing my license in the state of Arizona so his numbers look good to corporate -FaceTimes us during sales meeting and has his wife with him while house hunting. Unsure still if that is a motivator to sell more homes?

Pros

The compensation is amazing. Everyone else is great. I wish they would give more homes to sell, but still you will make a great income.

Cons

One of the Managers is the worst. She’s abusive, mean and unfair. She needs to go! If she doesn’t like you, She will make your life hell.
