Pros

It was a nice building, close to my house, and had a fully stocked cafeteria.

Cons

I accepted this role with the expectation of reestablishing my project coordination career and pursuing opportunities for growth. However, the role turned out to be misleading. The team dynamics resembled a high school cafeteria environment, with clear favoritism evident. I raised concerns with my manager about the behavior of the colleague assigned to train me. She was consistently condescending and visibly frustrated during the training process. Rather than fostering a supportive and constructive environment, she resorted to micromanagement while questioning whether I genuinely liked the job enough to remain. Overall, it was an unfortunate and unprofessional team to work with, making the experience highly disappointing.

Pros

Good use of tech for the workflow, 401(k) match, simple and value oriented homes.

Cons

PA region- Unorganized, toxic management, hostile work environment, limited earning potential due to two salespeople per community even with bad locations, no formal training, unrealistic expectations, stressful, bad communications.

Pros

-Uncapped commission -Ability to move up or laterally -Good management -Good benefits

Cons

-Long hours are not necessarily required, but highly encouraged -Work every weekend (days off are during the week, but usually work those at least in part) -Poor training (they are forgiving and allow you to learn on your feet) -Sink or swim type job; those who do well do very well, those who do not fail quickly. Not a lot of resources for low performers and they are pushed out quickly

Pros

Company culture second to none. Great people, supportive team - and this is consistent from Division to Division. Lucky to be here!

Cons

Nothing comes to mind for cons except that you do need to have independent initiative in seeking out new training.
