-20% discount -The 20% discount also applies to clearance items -Opportunity to grow with the company -With the new site up, it's nice to be able to direct a customer to seek a shoe model not available at the store.

DSW is a great business and is experiencing growing pains. Change is constant and you must be able to adapt. Overall a great place to work with great employees.

Cons

Growing pains of the business are not always managed in the best ways, but it is a live and learn experieince. You can be what you want to be at DSW.

Pros

The benefits are great and so is the discount. 30% off all regular priced merchandise AND clearance. High volume store so there is always a ton of traffic and always something to do.

Cons

Upper Managment is completely incompetant and very rude to associates. Customers can be brutal, always trying to return shoes that have clearly been worn. There is no point in having any type of guidlines to returns because corporate will always tell you to do whatever will make the customers happy.
