Time away from the office

Cons

Contract drivers that may or may not be professional. No control over the quality of contract drivers on scheduled routes in unmarked personal vehicles. Compensation for scheduled routes gained is one time only and not worth the time an effort put in.

Pros

Maybe the people and that was only the beginning. It’s like that relationship where they play nice til they have you..

Cons

No communication and would complain of the issue but nothing was done. Had a private combo with boss just to be told , take responsibility for basically the fact that I needed better training. I asked for it and was ignored. Compared my mental illness to a 13 year olds. There is no comparison at all. And I was truly trying my best to stay stable and be okay. I did everything I could to be okay without proper help.

Great people and good team atmosphere. Money is good if you work smart and help build the business. Management is tough but fair.

Cons

Sometimes people are spread a bit too thin. Could use more good people.
