Pros

Most of the independent contractors you work with are great ppl

Cons

Corporate doesn't care about the rank and file. If your a driver they will file bogus claims against u and there's little u can do to fight it. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

Pros

None to speak of at this company!

Cons

FOR INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS: Watch yourself, they are ripping you off by charging you ANY kind of fees, not paying you the correct amount for your routes, and charging you fees to get your settlement check. Now they don't detail your settlement report so that if you are missing money, you don't know from where or why. This was done by LB in order for him to keep making money to pay for his Aspen villa and private plane. And read that excessively long contract before you sign it because they take a lot of rights away from you if you leave the company. FOR EMPLOYEES: Completely stay away from this company! They will screw you over...and over again. They make you sign a non-compete agreement that doesn't allow you to work in the same industry for two years (or they sue you!) and if you get another job. you must notify them of the job (so they can decide if they are going to sue you!) They don't communicate to anyone about anything, so they don't have to pay you for lost vacation days or let you sign up for benefits. Every time you call corporate for someone you find out that they have been "let go". They let people go because of them making "too much" money. They then replace them with inexperienced new people who are eager to take a low salary...until they get the job and realize what a horrible company they are and then quit in a month (HAHA!). And recently they seem to be going broke, as they had to wire-transfer money to the Denver contractors in order to pay them...instead of the normal direct deposit they do from their bank. Watch out, I smell BANKRUPTCY coming!
