They hired me. I found another job.

Cons

Good people constantly got pushed out the door by the bad. Low pay. Small company with big company aspirations. No real way for lower level employees to defend or protect themselves.

Pros

The work wasn't hard. As long as you did the work as expected and you kept your head down, it was easy enough to go through the day.

Cons

I have witnessed and heard some really racist things said by both management and peers. As neutral as the workplace should be, there were people that kept boasting their love for Trump as well as being extremely outspoken about how much they hated Biden and Harris. It was very uncomfortable to hear. It was one of the biggest reasons I left.
