Pros

Docusign has been an amazing place to work over the years. I have enjoyed every job I have held here.

Cons

Unfortunately, the job security at DS and other tech firms is little to none. I have gone through at least five lay-offs and three re-orgs. I have been moved from a different position without my consent which was a difficult thing to experience.

Pros

DocuSign was a great organization which promoted doing the work of your life and ensuring doing the best by its customers. Whilst DocuSign has had it's challenges (like most tech companies), the organization still has great people across the business and is a market leader in it's industry and really drives value for it's customers. The organization is focused on recovering back to growth and the estaff have taken difficult steps to build the road to recovery for the business. The company is also focused on a new vision and strategy for the organization which will hopefully accelerate the business in the right direction.

Cons

DocuSign have had three round of redundancies which has had significant impact on not only the people let go as well as the remaining employees within each of the teams. The estaff have also made decisions to take away things such as wellness days which doesn't encourage a sense of employee wellbeing. The company has also shifted a number of different directions when it came to product roadmap, vision and execution against this strategy. Now that they have landed on a new IAM strategy, time will tell to see how this plays out.
