Pros

easy product to sell, the sales cycle is quite quick.

Cons

Management doesn't seem to have a full idea of what is going on. There was no clear direction, and the atmosphere became quite toxic. There was no real promotion path, nor visibility of any possible options after succeeding in the role. Salary is not competitive compared to the market standards, nor adjusted during inflation. Overall, the sentiment has not been good since the beginning of the post-COVID era, with the stock price going from 300 to less than 40$. The new board feels a bit distant from its employees. The re-shaping is not going as expected (just look at the stock performance on the market). What is represented above represents my interpretation based on my experience, hence I would recommend running away and looking for something else.
