Good pay and snacks. They also provide you with Volunteer Time Off so you can get out and help the community.

Pros

So much potential to do important work and have your voice heard by leadership. There are a lot of opportunities to grow within your career if you put the effort in. A lot of autonomy and little micromanaging so far. Benefits are really great (the only things that would make them better would be unlimited PTO and free lunch), salary is fair and equity is generous. If you have a good manager and team, the possibilities are huge with how you can grow your career and impact on the company!

Cons

Internal communication and collaboration is a challenge. With so many teams doing very similar work, sometimes you'll find that others are doing similar work to you and figuring out overlap can be difficult. Additionally, it's hard to move quickly because there are often many cooks in the kitchen. However, Leadership is aware of this and has communicated dedication to figuring it out this year.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. Though we do not offer unlimited PTO, we do accrue 20 days of PTO per year, plus a birthday holiday, which amounts to 4 weeks per year. This is above average for workers in the US and we hope that you are able to enjoy the PTO you earn each year. As for communication/collaboration, you are right, our GOTS team is dedicated to easing some of the frustration here. Stay tuned!

Pros

-amazing for post-college or transitioning into sales from another company/industry -perks: health benefits, transportation stipend, snacks, food and drinks stocked in the kitchen on each floor (super helpful), lots of happy hours, team events, networking -if you want to grow with the company and see a position you're aiming for, talk to your manager. the company wants to hire from within. -hardworking and metric driven environment, but also very fun and you won't feel micro-managed

Cons

-great perks and benefits=low pay (compared to SDR roles elsewhere) -the SDR team is basically a post UW co-ed frat (not my thing, but it's great if its yours) -i personally love not being micro-managed and having the freedom to do what i need for my own success, but there are times when our managers get super busy and are no where to be found
