Pros

Decent base salary Good benefits Nice co-workers (for the most part)

Cons

Not a "sales organization" So many Managers who have no concept of how difficult it is to acquire new clients, who dictate how a things should be done. Countless unnecessary meetings Hire someone to clean up the Hubspot

Pros

Probably one of the first things I immediately experienced at DrFirst is that I get zero emails after work hours. The management on my team doesn't create that burden of feeling like you always "have to be on" to keep up with others. I enjoy the respect they give us after hours. At the same time, the work-life balance is exceptional and encouraged. Of course, there are times when the workload is high and some when it's low, but that is at any organization. I have no complaints about this organization - I believe my pay is fair, the opportunity on my team is limitless and the culture is not the typical "corporate culture" that is stuffy, creates fear, or sets leaders on a pedestal. I feel like there's an equal playing ground and everyone is respected for their unique and individual talents. Overall, the organization is very transparent and working hard at implementing the EOS system across all departments. As for the culture - people are super passionate about what they do and you can see and feel it in the volume of work that is being produced. It's not for someone who doesn't love what they do or does not have the desire to continue to improve professionally.

Cons

I choose to look at the "cons" as growth opportunities that, at least on my team, are growing and changing daily. We are improving our internal process to be more efficient and agile. It's not always easy and some days are more challenging than others, but at the end of the day - the results have been fruitful.

Pros

Data driven and immensely innovative in the pharmaceutical tech space. Hires smartly and secures top talent. Creates a culture of being people-centered and valuing the individual. Excellent pay and benefits.

Cons

Growing company shifting from founder-led to a more structured corporate culture has created some natural shifts that feel a little disjointed at times. These issues iron themselves out over time, and I have full faith DrFirst is listening to their employees and proactively addressing any concerns head-on.
