Pros

Speaking about the advantages, I'd Iike to emphasize the following: good employment benefits (insurance, bonuses), absence of dress-code, opportunities for development, friendly team. The company values and supports the wishes of the employees to train and develop. The atmosphere in a company is pretty pleasant.

Cons

The amount of organizational meetings sometimes disturbs the overall workflow. To have less would be great. The working space is not at the highest level, there's a lack of rooms and fresh air in them.

Thank you for the feedback. Our vision is to have open offices, plenty of fresh air, and a social life within each office to allow employees to collaborate and feel a sense of family. This is a high priority as part of our Vision 2020.

Cons

o Rather high employees turnover in middle management o Project management and processes are quite immature o Most of the project are development outsourcing which may be boring

Thank you for your kind review. You are correct we have experienced some turnover in our middle management. As our organization matures and gets settled, especially during a startup mode, it is quite common that there are changes to the leadership structure and resources. Our processes and methodologies are maturing in line with Microsoft’s and with our distribution overlay we are having a great value add to our customers as they embark on a Dynamics 365 implementation with us.

I have nothing good to say about this company,

Cons

To many to speak of but not a good place to work ever since they were sold to to a European its been all down hill from there. They dont pay their bills on time. Furlough employees when they cant pay them, they dont fix the actual problems with the software and screw over the customer base with false promises. I think they good reviews are being done by the owner,.

I am truly sorry to hear that you did not have a great experience at Enavate. We acquired two companies at the same time, both of them with their challenges. We admit it has not been an easy ride as there was a lot of clean up that needed to be done. Thanks to the effort and hard work from all our amazing team members, we have in fact turned things around and are doing well.
