      Enavate has an incredible culture where everyone is on a journey of empowerment - you’re trusted to take ownership, lead, and make an impact. The people are fantastic, supportive, and genuinely live the company values. Leaders provide guidance and support, but ultimately, you drive your own path and outcomes. There’s also a healthy respect for work-life balance, making it a place where you can do meaningful work without losing yourself.

      Cons

      If you’re uncomfortable with change or hesitant to take initiative, it can feel challenging. Success here requires embracing ownership and being proactive. So this environment isn’t for everyone.

      Pros

      People know their stuff! My colleagues are a skilled and motivated group of people. It's a pleasure to roll up my sleeves and work together with them in a spirit of cooperation and support.

      Cons

      Not so much a con as a caveat. You have to be the type of person who isn't afraid to ask questions, see out information and be tenacious.
