Pros

Remote work, unlimited Paid time off

Cons

The work environment is highly chaotic, with pressure from leadership cascading down and creating a notably cutthroat atmosphere. A lack of organizational structure and middle management contributes to inefficiencies and added stress. When you’re successful in your own role, you’re often expected to absorb others’ responsibilities. Additionally, a significant portion of roles have been outsourced to Ukraine—presumably as a cost-saving measure—creating ongoing uncertainty for the U.S.-based team. Bonus plans are consistently not paid out, and this year, annual raises were neither given nor acknowledged.

A lot of room for improvement...

Pros

Immediate Team members are great. Immediate leader is kind and dedicated to their role. Flexible work schedule. Unlimited PTO. Processes, Communication and Transparency are improving a bit. Decent Benefits but could be better.

Cons

Dichotomous in their Core Values and Actions in a number of key areas. Pay is under standard for many roles, including mine. No raises given to keep pace with both current industry standards or cost of living increases. No bonuses tied to individual performance so, over achievers are left out in the cold. Not a single bonus has been paid during my tenure and likely because the entire bonus structure is tied to overall company performance, so pretty much unachievable. Running too lean in many areas and too "fat" in others with unrealistic chargeability expectations, To prioritize ones chargeability, other company initiatives have to be ignored. Repeat restructuring causes confusion in the wake of numerous workforce reductions.
