Good employees. Opportunity for remote work.

Cons

Leadership is lacking. The leadership does not have an understanding of the culture present in the business in which they purchased. The leadership does not see the employees as people; they see them as resources. The leaders see the company as a startup; however, that is only true for the organization.

Thank you for your feedback. I completely agree with you, our team members are great. We do understand the culture of the two businesses we acquired, however I will be honest with you, we needed to change the culture so that we can build a Dynamics partner there are making a difference. One of the companies was a in a turnaround situation where many people had left, the customer was not satisfied and the company was losing a lot of money. That takes tough decisions and has been a bumpy ride. The good news is that we are now earning money, the majority of our team members are happy and finally the we get great feedback from our customers. Personally I do not see team members as assets or resources, I see them as the value and great people. If some leaders have what you suggest, I will find them😊 Great advice on the merger of the two companies, that has been our focus in 2017 and the feedback from the latest team member survey says that we are One Enavate.

We are glad you feel we are guiding team members towards their goals and we will continue to support that professional growth. High standards are a good thing but we also want to make it achievable. Feel free to reach out to Leadership if you have suggestions on any changes we should consider. We are all looking forward to a new office for our Ukraine team. It is actively being worked on with a plan to move in early 2018.

Thank you for your honest and open feedback. We take great pride in our team and their talent. As a result, we have invested in tools to enable us to focus on each employee’s career development and encourage their personal growth. As a young company we have a relatively new leadership team that is encouraged to lead the daily operations of the company and drive cultural change. We understand this is an evolving process that may not move fast enough for everyone and appreciate those employees that have helped us get to where we are today including almost 40 new team members that have joined us so far this year.
