o Aggressive sales and growth o Good team chemistry o World-class professionals employed o CEO is charismatic, good salesman and very open o No financial problems at the moment, market average salaries

Cons

o Rather high employees turnover in middle management o Project management and processes are quite immature o Most of the project are development outsourcing which may be boring

Thank you for your kind review. You are correct we have experienced some turnover in our middle management. As our organization matures and gets settled, especially during a startup mode, it is quite common that there are changes to the leadership structure and resources. Our processes and methodologies are maturing in line with Microsoft’s and with our distribution overlay we are having a great value add to our customers as they embark on a Dynamics 365 implementation with us.

Company is moving into the right direction

Pros

Company has great people and professionals who are passionate about what they do. People are working on interesting projects and there are career development opportunities for them. Besides, Company has changed a lot for the past year: it became more financially stable; Management team talks to people and what is more important - hear them. Feedback from employees on any topic is highly appreciated and Management team is ready to jump in and take necessary actions when/if needed. Another great change is that the Company has started to invest in its people and their education. Since the last summer Company has held 3 Academies already for students and that is amazing. We are now growing our own professionals. And in regard to the Company growth - it is more mindful and balanced now; we have no people on bench. Projects pipeline is visible and people are more confident that they will have work tomorrow.

Cons

Company is on the beginning of its development. Processes and procedures need to be created and some of them adjusted. Working/office conditions need improvement.

Pros

The people are great, the involvement, support and passion from all levels of the organization is just fantastic. Interesting projects and a clear plan for what we industries we want to focus on makes Enavate a great place to be.

Cons

As business has picked up staffing is falling behind. Hire more people.
