Pros

Very open leadership command. All employees are professionals. Every thought can be shared. All conflicts are resolved in a wise way.

Cons

The company had some fails, but it is natural during evolution, so actually fails are indicators of growth.

We are glad you feel we are guiding team members towards their goals and we will continue to support that professional growth. High standards are a good thing but we also want to make it achievable. It is actively being worked on with a plan to move in early 2018.

Pros

Speaking about the advantages, I'd Iike to emphasize the following: good employment benefits (insurance, bonuses), absence of dress-code, opportunities for development, friendly team. The company values and supports the wishes of the employees to train and develop. The atmosphere in a company is pretty pleasant.

Cons

The amount of organizational meetings sometimes disturbs the overall workflow. To have less would be great. The working space is not at the highest level, there's a lack of rooms and fresh air in them.

Thank you for the feedback. Our vision is to have open offices, plenty of fresh air, and a social life within each office to allow employees to collaborate and feel a sense of family. This is a high priority as part of our Vision 2020.
