In 2023, several new high level management (CEO, COO, etc) have been hired to replace previous employees. These people have come in and changed policies, fired an excessive amount of people in different levels and branches (other leadership, nearly the entire intake team, etc), demoted regional directors, etc with no notice or logical rationale. Most of the people impacted have been with the company for several years and helped to build it from the ground up, but all that hard work was treated with disrespect and disregard. This mass firing is being done so the company can pay new people less and have more control over new people. They are trying to sell the company and everything has become focused on making money, and quality of client care or staff well-being is no longer a priority at any level. They view all staff as replaceable and if you ask questions or bring up concerns they will gaslight you and essentially blacklist you, and look for any small reason to fire you. They have a list of RBTs who are "on their way out" (despite the RBTs not being aware of this list), who they hope will quit and if not they will fire soon. They don't care about providing clients with needed hours and instead force clients to have more hours and come in clinic, even if not clinically appropriate, in order to make more money on each child. They will require RBTs and BCBAs to work as close to 40 hours as possible and negotiate to pay you less. It is unethical and terrible business practice. Do not work there, and if you do, do not trust Dawnita (COO). DO NOT enroll your child here unless you want low quality care with confusing and minimal communication.
