I can't think of any.

Cons

Company culture is based on fear of the ceo/founder/president/cob. Fear controls everything, so the most important thing for everyone is CYA and this is openly expressed. Managers here are the worst I have ever experienced. Behavior that wouldn't be tolerated for a second at most companies is allowed here. Gross disrespect, bullying, and favoritism are normal here. Favorites of the founder do get away with routinely putting the company at risk. There is no support culture, only a control culture. Department heads routinely stab one another in the back and are openly at war with one another. The board of directors are completely weak and useless. Compliance and BSA are a confused mess. Systems and policies are out of date, and everything is done on the cheap, no matter how much time and money are actually wasted. The company philosophy is accrues. The reality is the exact opposite.

1) Rock solid cultural values 2) Highly ethical institution grounded in client respect and extraordinary service 3) Generous benefits and perks

Cons

1) Crunch times are real and all hands must contribute to the required effort - there can be very long hours with formidable deliverable requirements 2) Rapid growth has strained all aspects of the back office and administrative functions of the company 3) Some isolated silo/protectionist mentalities still exist, although that mindset has diminished greatly owing to rapid growth and bringing in employees who are fully aligned with the bank's core value of teamwork

401k, Health Care plan among the best in the industry- surprisingly. Lack of management oversight allows you freedom- for better or worse.

Cons

Incompetent and arrogant management, salaries well below market, HR is not supportive of employee feedback, morale very low, most lending professionals are looking to leave.
