Pros

good benefits and the customers are very friendly.

Cons

Management team is very unprofessional. They need to hire better leaders that will not only micromanage but also do the work and show great leadership skills. Also, there is no growth opportunity which is a real bummer especially if you have been loyal to the company for so long.

Pros

Is there any Pros? Hmmmm.... Let me think. Nothing comes to my mind.

Cons

Too much office politics. Bosses favor those employees that feed them information about others. You don't feel that you are part of the company at all. Yes at all. Sometimes, I wonder if I'm working in the US. I don't recommend to anyone. As you are spending the majority of your active time at work, you need to be happy to go to your office every morning and should be enjoying it while you are there. Considerable number of Admins/Leaders are not well equipped with the necessary skills/knowledge to do their job - and this will create confusion specially if you have experience in other companies and try to implement the same or expect similar environments. And ... Lot's of turnover.

Pros

Good at managing risks and bottomline.

Cons

Management lacks strategic vision. Growth is by mainly acquisitions and expense control. Focuses on the petty and short term and does not invest in the long term technology, etc. Not willing to pay for expertise and talent, resulting in mediocre employees throughout the middle management and lower ranks. Employees (even at high levels) are not trusted to make the right decisions so they have little loyalty and high turnover. No transparency and little communication from top to bottom as well as among departments (a bunch of silos). Customers and employees are not the company's highest priorities.
