Pros
The staffing is small at most locations so it's easy to communicate but it also causes a lot of competition between sales reps when the others always know everything you're doing.
Cons
They use an outdated system that's tedious to navigate. There's no easy way to fix mistakes causing tasks to take hours (depending on the error, you have to reach out to I.T. and that can take up to an hour).
