Pros

Friendly environment and good opertunity to earn incentive when it's working properly

Cons

As agents we are under a lot of pressure to make sales which I personally make lots of. We are promised a small commission on each sale but when it comes to payment it always way under what it should be. Also the general incentive for saves is never right recently. 100's of agents have spoken about it on chatter but there posts are either deleted or ignored. When we speak to managers about it the concerns are brushed off as "they're working on it" or ignorance on the subject. As a result of this many agents in the cardiff Oakley office are considering there employment status there. These issues need to be resolved.

Pros

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Cons

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
