Pros

Some colleagues who are also in the trenches that make it bearable. Other than that I would score 0 with no pros

Cons

* Poor pay relative to workload and responsibilities. * Inconsistent pay across grades, with little transparency or fairness. * Excessive micromanagement that undermines trust and autonomy. * A culture of constant disciplinary threats rather than support and development. * Negative workplace atmosphere that impacts morale. * Unequal treatment of colleagues, with inconsistent standards applied across teams. * Senior management decisions often have a damaging impact on staff and workplace culture. * HR is largely ineffective and offers little meaningful support to employees. * The Head of People lacks the people skills expected of the role and is often unhelpful when issues are raised. * Limited confidence that employee concerns will be listened to or acted upon.

Pros

Great Launchpad for Beginners: Excellent training program and onboarding structure. It is highly regarded as a friendly place to start a career, especially for freshers looking to build professional communication skills. On-Time Salaries: Payments, payroll processing, and shift allowances are reliably on time. Workplace Environment & Culture: Generally features supportive colleagues, a fun or lively peer environment, and well-maintained facilities (cafeterias, game rooms, security). Logistical Perks: Free or subsidized cab/transport facilities for night shift employees are frequently mentioned as a huge plus. Internal Mobility: Opportunities to switch between different client processes or move into QA/Subject Matter Expert (SME) roles if you perform well.

Cons

Salary Growth & Appraisals: Many employees note that the starting pay is basic/low for the workload, and annual appraisals or increments take a long time to materialize. Inconsistent Management: Depending heavily on your luck with your specific Team Leader (TL) or Manager, some experience micro-management or perceived favoritism. Repetitive Tasks: The nature of the workflow can quickly become monotonous over an extended period.

Pros

Met a few nice people

Cons

I almost walked out on my first day and I wish I did. This job has gave me an acute form of PTSD and caused me to need therapy again. In the space of 6 months I was constantly screamed at by customers, the people who work there are cliquey and have body shamed other colleagues and I know have made transphobic comments when I wasn't there, Managers are all lazy and will just micromanage literally everything you do, I genuinly have no clue what they do all day but then they have the audacity to complain about stress and take 10 smoke breaks a day after youve just been screamed at and trauma dumped on by customers. Someone working there with a long term disability got fired for too many sickdays which goes completely against the Equality Act 2010. No career progression at all. Minimum wage for all of the stuff you have to put up with plus no sick day pay and borderline impossible to get holidays. Got threatened with a HR meeting for not allowing a customer to talk down to me and be rude the entire call, management twisted it into me being confrontational and rude to them when I wasn't. Constant staff turnover yet somehow always understaffed. Would not wish this job on my worst enemy and I do not say that lightly. Best decision I ever made was leaving
