Pros

- Great Team Leader - Great Team Mates

Cons

- Unrealistic Targets - Dishonest and Low Pay (FirstSource receive £14/hour from Sky, we get £7.70 of that) - Disgusting Environment in Terms of Cleanliness (Hand Dryer took 6 weeks to fix and replace so people weren't washing their hands - Took me to a HR Meeting for 'Call Avoiding' (And refused me a Union Rep twice. They said they are an Indian Company so do not recognize Trade Unions) - 10 Hour Shifts (Leave the house at 7am, get home at 9pm)

I am sorry to hear that your experience with Firstsource has not been a good one but it is always good to read Pros, such as Great team leaders and team mates. We are proud that the vast majority of our employees (in all areas of business and those who work with our concession partners) enjoy a happy and fulfilling career with us. That said, as hard as we try to get it right all of the time, there will be times we fall short. We encourage our employees to give us feedback through their managers, through employee nominated representatives and through our employee survey, so we can continue to learn and improve the way we work. Last year we launched the mental health toolkit which enables our colleagues to have the support and guidance from managers in real time. Pros

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Cons

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
