Pros
There was a value for each and every person working in the call center as the client paid for the number of headcount. Good competitions were held every now and then which also involved goodies, tags and so on. Salary was very less.. But the incentive plans were really good in fact incentives were always more than salary.
Cons
Management and the HR is horrible the HR was a former employee in the same process due to which there were lot of politics the one-on-one discussions with the agents which is supposed to confidential is told to the entire world which included the concerns reported on a particular TL/fellow colleagues, which in-turn creates an unfriendly environment and finally leads the agent to quit the organization!
