Business Outlook
Pros
The company is a good environment and there is plenty of room for progression. They choose to recruit internally, so it helps give people the opportunity to progress. There is support when you need it and the managing staff are brilliant they treat you like everyone else and like a friend.
Cons
The call centre side of it I think needs upgrading and there is definitely system issues that need solving and updating. The building facilities aren't the best and really could do with being updated. Could do with training throughout to improve upon the agents you already have.
