Pros
Good place to work, good atmosphere and everyone gets along to make the working environment an enjoyable place to work in.
Cons
Lack of communication is sometimes alarming, left in dark on several occasions until last minute then expected to implement tasks to a high standard yet havent had any details or time to complete them. The building is very dated, needs a compete revamp. The toilets are like public toilets and are old, not enough of them for the amount of people on site. The cleaners need to clean as well, there are coffee stains on the walls dust on the stairs - a simple wipe will suffice and will make the areas look better than they are.
