Pros

Team members and other advisors are amazing, I’ve met some lovely people.

Cons

Wage is extremely bad, basically a few pence more than minimum wage. The company and the senior management for the TSB contract are corrupt. We, as “advisors”, signed our contracts in March 2018, it’s January 2019 and we still don’t have the contracts. I’ve been made to sign mine twice, they take it back off you and don’t give you a copy. No chance of career progression whatsoever. Straight-up told that my team cannot progress or be moved because our team are “needeld where we are”.

Pros

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Cons

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
