3 days off Will make you appreciate literally any other job

Cons

Min wage regardless of knowledge, experience and time served at company Management can be unhelpful especially with technical advice, will more than likely tell you to check the system for a answer which is useless, a lot of links are broken Operational management probably won't have time to break breath to you Long shifts listening to negativity for almost the full day Little to no opportunity within company Unrealistic targets, people wait months for their broadband to be installed, they still expect you to get a good survey from this Management will be about the call centre on their phones scrolling through social media but if you take your phone out expect to see HR over it HR take pictures of giving employees alcohol with account numbers in the background breaching DPA Training does not prepare of half of what you deal with daily

Pros

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Cons

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
