There are many reasons to work in First Source since I have experienced that in this company you get a platform to make your carrier and grow. Constructive feedback: The most important part of your work is feedback. No matter if it’s positive or negative (and then you will know what you have to change) feedback represents a very important instrument for measuring the quality of your work. Constructive feedback that gives me ideas for improvement I transform my day into a very productive and cheerful one. A smile never cost anybody anything and my day seems to go better when I am surrounded by colleagues that smile and are willing to help me anytime. Brainstorming sessions where we all challenge our brains to come up with a mountain of ideas underneath which lies a single brilliant idea for a project which helps the process with some innovative ideas. and lastly I can say a very friendly environment where you have very nice colleagues and a very helpful mentors were you learn a lot of things from them.
