The mentorship and support I’ve received from leadership.       Transport & Commute – Minor Drawback While the company does offer a two-way transport facility to accommodate shift timings—a definite plus—the commute can sometimes be a bit of a challenge. As someone working in Bengaluru, this is a fairly common experience. You might end up spending an extra 1–2 hours on the road, or arrive at the office an hour early, leaving you to figure out how to make productive use of that time. It’s not a major issue, but something worth noting for those who value a tightly optimized daily schedule.

      Pros

      Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

      Cons

      People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
