Pros

Plenty of development opportunities throughout my time in Firstsource, they also ensure you keep refreshed with lots of learning opportunities throughout the year. Employee benefits however did depend on which account you worked on. This however has dried up as the client base shrank.

Cons

As an outsourcing company. job security has always been at the back (and sometimes front) of your mind. If a client pulls out of the UK they will have to obviously shrink the workforce - from frontline to backoffice staff, regardless of performance, tenure etc. The success of the company lies in the hands of it's clients, and all too many times they've seen better value moving offshore in the post COVID years.

Pros

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Cons

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
